High Protein Avocado Salad Dressing

This salad dressing is yummy, creamy, easy to make, and of course high in protein! This is the perfect addition to a crispy foundation of a lettuce and veggie based salad. You can also use this dressing to dip your favorite veggies in, too!

What You Need:

  • Greek yogurt
  • Extra virgin olive oil 
  • Juice from a lemon 
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Water
  • Collagen powder 
  • 1 packet of ranch seasoning (optional)

How it’s made: 

I like to use my personal blender to combine all the ingredients and make the dressing very smooth and creamy. Easy peasy, lemon squeezy 🙂 

Ingredients for High Protein Avocado Salad Dressing: 

  1. ½ medium avocado or 1 whole small avocado 
  2. 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil 
  3. 3 tbsp of plain greek yogurt
  4. 2 tbsp lemon juice
  5. 1 garlic clove
  6. ½ tsp salt
  7. 1 scoop of collagen powder (unflavored)
  8. 5 tbsp of water (you can add more or less depending on your preference for thickness)
  9. *Optional- add a packet of ranch seasoning to make a homemade ranch*

Instructions: 

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender or food processor (you can also mush the avocado then add all ingredients to a mason jar and shake to mix!)
  2. Blend until smooth and it reaches your desired consistency 
  3. Taste and add any additional flavoring ingredients if needed for your preference (salt, pepper, lemon juice, dill, Italian seasoning)
  4. Store in a mason jar in the fridge for up to 3 days!

  • Carbohydrates: 11-17g
  • Protein: 14-15g
  • Fat: 56-60g
